Please take note of delivery time cut offs below, and double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. You will receive a despatch email to say when your order has left our warehouse, which will indicate an estimated time of delivery.
Standard Delivery: Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail for smaller items, but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery before chasing up your order, for larger orders we use a dedicated courier on their standard service. We label our standard delivery as a 'up to 3 working days' option, but in most cases they will arrive much quicker than that. For Bank Holidays, please allow extra delivery time as we are closed and use 'working days' for our quoted delivery times.
* Remote Delivery: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, we have slightly higher delivery charges, and delivery can take several days. To see if your postcode falls into this bracket see the postcodes at the bottom of the page, this will also be clarified at the checkout when you place your order. We do offer a Free Delivery option for Remote Delivery for any orders over £100.
** Free Delivery: For orders over £50 for our standard delivery, or £100 for remote delivery(see post code list below), we offer a Free Delivery option - Please note this is a standard 'up to 3 working day' delivery.
Delivery Time Cut Offs:
PLEASE NOTE: If your order is placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday, or 1pm Friday,
it will be despatched that day - this applies to both Standard and Free Delivery.
All orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.
(For example; if you place an order on Saturday, the order will be processed the next Monday).
Useful Information regarding deliveries from Eurofit Direct:
If you are out when our delivery company attempt delivery and our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after a period of 7 days the package will be returned to us - a surcharge may be added for redelivery if your order is returned to us.
Please be aware that some larger boxed goods may require a 2 man carry once delivered. Please ask the driver to confirm the weight of the goods when your delivery arrives to ensure you to take adequate care with carrying.
