Product Description
Sugatsune heavy-duty soft-close lid stay for flaps and doors found on toy boxes, ottomans, storage chests and seats, they are used in conjunction with butt, piano or concealed hinges. The built-in damper slows the descent of the door/flap to prevent it from slamming shut.
Please note that this stay is intended to be used in pairs and is only sold in pairs.

Calculate stay required = door height (cm) / 2 x door weight = torque movement (kg/cm)
For example a door measures height 50cm, width 80cm, door weight 6.8kg
Sum (50 / 2 = 25 x 6.8 = 170kg/cm (Light Duty stay required)
