Sugatsune heavy-duty clip on full overlay concealed hinge is ideal for doors up to 30mm in thickness and weighing up to 40kg. The range includes full, half and inset overlay applications. 0mm mounting plate is included.
The hinges have 3-way adjustment, Overlay (Horizontal) + 0 / -4mm, Vertical +/- 3mm, Depth +1.5 / - 2.5mm
The chart below shows what overlay you will get if you change how far you drill the 40mm hole from the edge of the door using the supplied mounting plate. (Chart is in mm)
