When replacing broken hinges on a door, please ensure all hinges are replaced as every manufacturers hinge operates slightly differently when opening and closing.

Welcome to the Hinge Helpdesk - the place where we can help you identify which hinge you are looking for.

If you are still unsure of which hinge you need, visit our helpful blog that explains How You Can Tell Which Hinges You have

Products Listed By:

Using the filters down the side of this page you should be able to identify the cabinet hinge required from the selections shown below, in case you are unsure of some of the terminology we have included diagrams and a brief description below. Although most hinges and plates look alike, every manufacturer has slight variations so it is important that you use the supplied hinge and plate together.

Hinge Overlay

Cabinet Hinges will either be Full Overlay, Half Overlay, or Inset - have a look at the picture to decide which looks like your hinge when closed.

Hinge Cup Hole

To find the Hinge Cup Hole size, simply measure the diameter of the hole that the hinge sits in on the door - usually 26mm, 35mm, or 40mm.

Hinge Opening Angle

Measure the maximum angle that the door opens - these will usually be 40°, 50°, 90, 95°, 110° or 170°.

Door & Carcass Thickness

Using the tables available on each product page to determine hinge cup hole drilling and reveal depending on your door & carcass thickness. Please be aware that most of our hinges have 3 way adjustment to compensate for difference in carcass/door thickness.
