Delivery Charge Information

Next Working Day (UK Mainland)

Free next working day delivery is available for the majority of UK mainland customers. Orders under £48 are subject to a £6.96 (Inc. VAT) delivery charge for a courier service. Working days are classified as Monday - Friday excluding UK bank holidays. This service is only available on orders placed before 2.30pm Monday -Thursday and 1.00pm on a Friday.

 

Royal Mail Service 48hr - Unsigned - Standard Delivery Option (UK)

This will be available at the checkout for UK customers whose orders are under £22 and meet the following criteria:
  • Under 2kg Weight (including packaging)
  • Package dimensions RM small parcel (L 45cm x W 35cm x D 16cm) 
This option is £4.20 (inc VAT). We reserve the right to exclude selected products from this service, due to package dimensions. 

 

Remote Locations

Some remote locations are subject to an additional delivery charge. Next working day delivery to the following postcodes are not available and can take up to 5 days. Our courier is unable to allocate a 1 hour delivery slot in the below locations:

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Orders received after our below cut off points will be processed on the next working day:
  • 2:30pm Monday – Thursday
  • 1:00pm Friday.
  • If there is a problem with your order we will contact you within 24 hours.
  • As we use a courier service we are reliant on them fulfilling their obligation.
  • Working days are classified as Monday - Friday excluding UK bank holidays.
  • In order to receive courier tracking you need a valid mobile number and email address when placing your order.
  • Couriers require a signature on delivery. If they are unsuccessful on the first attempt a calling card will be left If the goods are not collected or delivered after 5 days they will be returned to our warehouse.
  • If you are located within the surrounding area of our distribution centre (HU17 OLA). You will be offered the option of customer collection at checkout.
  
European Deliveries
Post Brexit our international delivery has been suspended. European customers can arrange collection via the use of parcel forwarders e.g. Forward2Me or Ship it to to forward your parcel on to your delivery address. Other parcel forwarders are available.

 

  

Please note that overseas deliveries are often subject to local import duties and entry taxes at the final destination. Any local import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods. The courier may require a signature on delivery of goods and if delivery is unsuccessful it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact courier and arrange redelivery or collection of the consignment. If the goods are not collected or redelivered there may be additional charges.
