It is your responsibility to check deliveries are correct and you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to inform us of the issues with your order. Return requests made 30 days after goods received may be declined or be subject to a restocking charge.
1. Damaged or incorrectly supplied
If an item that you ordered has been damaged in transit or you have been supplied incorrectly, please email your order number, a brief description of the problem along with a photograph of the parcel/product and any paperwork included that highlights the error to email@example.com. A member of the team will then be in contact with a resolution and the process for the incorrect items to be returned.
2. Incorrectly ordered
We pride ourselves on providing as much information as possible on our website through helpdesks and calculators to enable you can make an informed decision. If you have ordered the wrong product, please download the Returns Form and return to us within 30 days for a full refund, excluding the cost of carriage. The refund will be by the same method as used to purchase the goods.

Please note that we reserve the right not to issue refunds for items returned without following the returns procedure. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, therefore we highly recommend using recorded delivery when returning your goods.
If you wish to return an item please print the attached form here and include this is in the parcel. The return is at your expense.
