Here at Eurofit Systems Ltd we want to make sure that our customers have a simple and hassle free experience, with this in mind we’ve put together our easy returns policy. We’ll put you in touch with one of our customer service representatives to try and resolve any issues with the product and if you still aren’t satisfied we’ll provide you with all of the information you’ll need to return your order to us.
Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items
If an item that you ordered arrives and has been damaged in transit or you have been supplied with an incorrect item a member of our support team will discuss the issue with you & if a solution cannot be reached we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement item and cover the cost of postage. You’ll need to enclose a completed Returns Form (one will be emailed to you by a member of our support team) when you return your order. We reserve the right to request images of damaged or incorrectly supplied items prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to check deliveries are correct and you must contact Eurofit within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to notify us of any issues with your order.
Incorrectly Ordered Items
We pride ourselves on providing as much information as possible on our website so that you can make an informed decision regarding your purchase. In the event that you have ordered the wrong product a member of our support team will discuss your situation and if the problem cannot be resolved you can still return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, excluding the cost of carriage. The refund will be by the same method as used to purchase the goods.
To begin the returns process please call our customer service department on: 01482 714488 one of our representatives will provide you with all of the information you need to resolve any product related issues or to return your order, including providing you with a Returns Form that you’ll need to fill in and include with your order. Return requests made 30 days after goods received may be declined or be subject to a restocking charge.
Please note that we reserve the right not to issue refunds for items returned without following the returns procedure. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, we highly recommend using recorded delivery when returning your goods.
