For applications where the cabinet has no side panel to fix to, our 3mm stainless steel L-shaped mounting bracket (DS90127) provides a robust and cost-effective way to fix Series DS76 and DS53 runners to a base or a frame.

• One 127mm bracket for every runner length - fit as many as the guide below shows
• Pre-drilled slots align with the runner's fixing positions
• Side fix or base fix - a pair of runners needs at least 4 brackets for a side fix, and twice the side fix number for a base fix
• Each bracket is fixed with 2 x M5 x 16 csk machine screws, 2 x M5 washers and 2 x M5 nylon insert nuts, ordered separately - see below

Number of brackets required per pair of runners

This is a guide to the minimum number of brackets recommended. For continuous use at high loads we would advise increasing the number of brackets.

Fixings - each bracket needs:

• 2 x SC10097 - M5 x 16mm countersunk machine screw, zinc plated
• 2 x FB5WASABZPP4 - M5 washer DIN125A, bright zinc plated
• 2 x FB5NUTNTBZPP1 - M5 nylon insert nut DIN985, bright zinc plated
